We provide products and/or services including but not limited to:
3D printing, 3D Scanning, laser engraving, custom designs,

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed
Prices are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

If an order is canceled after payment, refunds will be handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Custom Work & Design Approval

For custom products:

You are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production
We are not responsible for errors once approval has been given
Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment
6. Returns & Refunds
Custom-made items are generally non-refundable unless defective
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days
Refunds are issued at our discretion
7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

For custom designs provided by customers:

You confirm you have the right to use and reproduce the design
You grant us permission to use the design for production
