Refund & Return Policy

At SM Printing & Engraving, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the original purchase date and time. After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, production and processing of your order may have already begun, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives defective or damaged.

To qualify for a return or replacement due to a defect, customers must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
  • Include the order number and a brief description of the issue.

If the defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement item or issue an appropriate refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Incorrect size or scale selections made by the customer.
  • Orders canceled more than 24 hours after purchase.
  • Minor variations that may occur as a result of the 3D printing and finishing process.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
